Are your products ethically made?
Yes! We know that fast fashion is harming our planet, so we're obsessed with making sure that our clothing is ethically made and beautiful quality.
When you buy KIND clothing, it will always be:
• Ethically sourced and premium quality
• Printed fresh to order for virtually zero waste
• And then shipped in plastic-free packaging
Where is KIND based?
We are based in the Lithuania and we print, pack and dispatch all of your orders from here!
What countries to you ship to?
We ship to most countries!
Sadly there are some countries we're not able to ship to due to carrier restrictions, but we'll continue to work on it. We are not able to ship to: Afghanistan, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Iraq, Jordan, Myanmar, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Russia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Yemen, Algeria, Angola, Burundi, Congo, Congo, The Democratic Republic Of The, Liberia, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, Zimbabwe, Cuba, Brazil, Paraguay, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Croatia, Moldova, Republic of, Montenegro, Serbia
Will my order be affected by Brexit?
Deliveries to Lithuania addresses will not be affected. Deliveries to the EU for orders under €150 will not be affected, but for orders to the EU over €150 there may be import fees to pay.

How do you give back?
With your support, we plant a tree for every sale in order to help reforestation efforts!
How fast is your turn around time?
Typically we'll freshly print your item and dispatch it within 3 business days, but this can be longer during busy times.
Is it secure and safe to checkout?
Our checkout uses Shopify Payments, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for 100% secure and safe transactions. We want you to love your items, so if anything you buy isn't perfect, just let our friendly support team know and they'll do everything in their power to fix the problem or give you a full refund.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We need 3-5 days to freshly print your item, and then once dispatched, you can expect your order within:
• 1-2 business days - Lithuania
• 3-5 business days - Europe
• 2-4 business days - USA
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on location and the size of your order. The table below summarises costs for our most popular locations and order types. If you have any specific requirements, just drop us an email.
What's your returns policy?
As part of our zero-waste policy, we print each item fresh to order, so we encourage our customers to check our sizing / measurements guides to make sure that they get the right size first time around. Our team will also be on hand to give sizing advice, in case you wanted to chat to a human being. We can accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
